Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Puzzdom · Effective date: October 29, 2026
This page applies to the mobile games published by Puzzdom (each a “Game”), and the puzzdom.com website (the “Website”), together the “Services”. Puzzdom is operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Our Games have no accounts of their own and do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your saved game is kept on your device (and, if you use cloud save, in your Google account) and we run no servers of our own, but the third-party services a Game uses, such as Google AdMob (ads), GameAnalytics (analytics) and our purchase providers, receive device identifiers and usage data, as described in section 3. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details.
2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress, coins, settings and similar game data are saved locally on your device. We keep no copy on our own servers, so, unless you use cloud save, uninstalling the Game or clearing its data may lose this progress permanently. Permanent purchases are restored through your Google Play account; consumable items such as coins are not.
3. Information collected by third-party services in the Game
A Game may use some or all of the following services.
Google AdMob (Google LLC) receives your advertising ID and app set ID, IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), interactions with the Game and ads (such as app launches, taps and video views), and diagnostic information about app and ad performance. It uses them to show ads, which may be personalized, to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud and invalid traffic.
GameAnalytics receives device identifiers, your IP address (used to estimate your country), device and operating system information, play sessions, gameplay events (such as levels started, completed or failed, coins earned and spent, and use of in-game features), ad events (such as ads shown, clicked or rewarded), notification events (such as permission and setting changes, and when a reminder is scheduled, skipped or opened), error and crash reports, and purchase events (product, price, currency and the Google Play receipt). We use this to understand how the Game is played, improve it, fix bugs, and measure purchases.
Google Play Billing (Google LLC) receives purchase and payment information to process in-app purchases.
Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity Technologies) receives purchase events (product, price, currency, order ID and the Google Play receipt), device information (such as model, operating system, language and storage size), a random installation ID and your IP address, to process and measure purchases.
If a Game uses Google Play Games Services (Google LLC), Google processes your Play Games account and any cloud save under the Google Privacy Policy.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, GameAnalytics Privacy Notice, and Unity Privacy Policy.
All of this data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We do not sell your personal information. If you allow personalized ads, Google may use information from our Games to show you ads based on your activity in other apps, which some US state laws call “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out by turning off ad personalization in your device settings (see section 6).
4. Other Game features
Notifications: if a Game sends reminders, they are scheduled on your device, and their text is not sent. The notification events listed in section 3 go to GameAnalytics. You can turn notifications off in your device settings or, where available, in the Game.
Sharing: if a Game lets you share a result and you share it, your device’s share menu sends the text to the app you choose. We do not receive the message or your contacts.
Time check: to keep time-based rewards fair, a Game may read the current time from websites such as www.google.com, www.cloudflare.com or www.microsoft.com. No game data is sent, but these sites see your IP address.
Cloud save: if a Game lets you sign in with Google Play Games and you are signed in, it may keep a copy of your game progress and related game data in your Google account. Google stores this copy under the Google Privacy Policy; we do not receive it.
5. The Website
The Website may use cookies, for example to remember your preferences. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the Website.
6. Your choices
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings.
Consent: where the law requires your consent for personalized advertising or analytics (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), personalized ads and analytics are used only with your consent. Where a Game asks for your consent, you can change or withdraw it at any time from the Game’s privacy options.
Cloud save: signing out of Google Play Games should stop cloud save.
Stopping all collection: you can stop all collection by a Game by uninstalling it.
7. Delete your data
This section applies to all Games published by Puzzdom. To delete your game progress, coins and settings from your device, clear the Game’s data in your device settings or uninstall the Game. To delete a cloud save, you can ask Google to delete the Game’s Play Games data, which may include the cloud save (see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646). To delete data sent to GameAnalytics and Unity, email support@puzzdom.com naming the Game; we will forward your request and reply within 30 days. We keep no game data on our own servers. For advertising data, see section 6.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, receive a copy of, or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because our Games have no accounts of their own, we usually cannot link data to you by name. To make a request, email support@puzzdom.com and we will help as far as we can, including by forwarding your request to the relevant provider.
9. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Swiss users)
We rely on your consent for personalized ads and, where the law requires it, for analytics and for storing or reading information on your device. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests to provide and improve our Games, show non-personalized or limited ads, and prevent fraud. For cloud save, we rely on the need to provide the Game to you.
10. Data retention and transfers
Data sent to our analytics, advertising and purchase providers is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and then deleted or anonymized according to each provider’s retention policy. A cloud save is kept in your Google account until it is deleted. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them once your request is resolved. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, with safeguards required by law.
11. Children
Our Games are intended for adults, and the Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add features. We will update the effective date above, and we will tell you in the Game or on this page about significant changes.
Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content in the Services, including our Games and their art, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors.
3. Virtual items
Our Games may include virtual items such as coins and boosters. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. You receive a limited license to use them in the Game; you do not own them. Because game data is stored on your device (and, with cloud save, in your Google account), virtual items may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices.
4. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. Purchases are final except where law or Google Play’s refund policy requires otherwise; request refunds through Google Play. A purchase that removes ads may not remove optional ads you choose to watch for rewards.
5. Ads
Our Games may show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party ads or websites they link to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, hack, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), modify or interfere with the Services, use them for any unlawful purpose, or use automated means to access them.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the Game or on this page.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Cloud save
If a Game offers cloud save through Google Play Games, it is provided “as is” and depends on Google’s services, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that your progress will be saved or restored, and progress from one device may replace progress from another. We may change or stop cloud save at any time.
